…アーモンドクリームを焼いてサクッとした食感の楽しい生地を被せて焼きました。梅のシロップ煮入り

…オレンジフラワーウォーター入りのアーモンドクリームにマカロンの生地などで作ったザクッとした生地を被せで焼きました
・ポン=ヌフ
…シュー生地とパティシエールを合わせたクリームに、ラムレーズンを入れて焼き、グリオットチェリーのジャムで仕上げました
・アマンディエ
…アーモンドのタルト。アプリコットジャム入り
