今年最後の山下デー。
12月10日は 焼酎のサバランです！
改装後地道に販売を始めた「サバラン」
少しずつですがお客様に覚えていただき始めてきましたので、新しいお味をご紹介したいと思います！
今回は鹿児島だから ということではないのですが、芋焼酎を使ったサバランです
「六代目百合」という塩田酒造さんの焼酎の原酒である「風に吹かれて」。
蔵内の味と香りをそのまま封印した、アルコール度数が42〜43度の原酒で、毎年限定数出荷されるものだそうです
とても香りの良いスッキリした焼酎でしたので、お菓子とも合わせてみたい！と贅沢に使いました^_^
お酒を浸したサバラン生地にカスタードクリーム、木苺のクリームを重ね、ヘーゼルナッツの生クリームを乗せて仕上げました。
