先日、恐縮ながらKTSさんで紹介して頂いたハーブ入りオイル。
お陰様で沢山の方に足を運んでいただいております。ありがとうございます！
使い方がよくわからない…というお声が多々ございましたので、ここで少しだけ山下のオススメのお召し上がり方をご紹介したいと思います
パスタはもちろん、にんにくがしっかり効いているオイルですので、お塩を足すだけで味付けが出来ます(^.^)
生野菜にオイルと塩を合わせてサラダに(お好みでレモンを足しても)
塩を振ったお肉やお魚をソテーしたり野菜に振りかけてオーブンで焼いたり(更にチーズを乗せて焼いてもおいしい！)
お豆腐やチーズにそのままかけても
オイルがなくなってしまったら、そのまま瓶にお好みのオイルを注いでしばらく置いておくとまた香りが移ります！
ハーブを更に足したり…ぜひ自分好みのオイルを作ってみて下さい！(オススメを教えて貰えたらうれしいです(^_^;))
